Refund & Return Policy
Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want your countdown to be a happy one. If you're not happy with your
NeeDoh® Advent Calendar for any reason, you can request a full refund within
30 days of delivery. We even pay the return shipping. No restocking fee.
How to request a return
1. Email us at Mirthlyadvent@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery, with your
   order number and a quick note on what went wrong (it helps us improve).
2. We'll reply within 24 hours with your return instructions and a prepaid
   return label.
3. Send the calendar back using the label we provide.
4. As soon as we receive it, we refund you in full to your original payment
   method. Refunds usually appear on your statement within 5–10 business days,
   depending on your bank.
Opened calendars
Opened a few doors and it's not for you? That's okay — you can still return it
within 30 days for a full refund.
The free gift
If your order included a free Teenie NeeDoh® Hot Shots Multipack, you can keep
it. You don't need to send it back.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
If your calendar arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email
us a photo within 30 days of delivery. We'll send a free replacement or give
you a full refund — your choice. You don't need to send the damaged item back.
Lost or stolen packages
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you didn't receive your package, contact
us within 14 days of the delivery date. If you added Shipping Protection at
checkout, we'll replace your order or refund you, no questions asked.
Without Shipping Protection, we'll open a claim with the carrier and do
everything we can to help.
Exchanges
We don't do direct exchanges. Simply return your item for a refund and place
a new order.
